What are your opening times?

How much is entry to Luna Park?

Entry is £2.75 for bookings made online at least the day before your visit and £3 at all other times.

Are any of your rides suitable for those with access needs?

Unfortunately, none of the rides are suitable for those that have access needs, such as requiring the use of a wheelchair. Please consider this when booking ride tokens as all bookings are non refundable.

Will I be required to show ID to enter Luna Park?

You must be at least 16 years old to enter Luna Park unless you are accompanied by an adult. Our security may ask for a valid form of ID if you attempt to enter without an adult, this should be either a passport, provisional driving license or another form of Government issued ID. Please note, photographs of ID are not considered valid.

Are there concessions for carers?

If you are a carer for a person with access needs, you will be required to provide evidence of this on arrival and you will be offered free entry. Please note that all persons with access needs will still require a standard ticket for entry which can be purchased online or at the gate.

If I book my tickets online, will I need to queue to get in?

Yes, you will still need to queue on arrival. All visitors will be admitted on a first come first served basis at a slow pace to avoid congestion inside the venue. Please note that other members of your party cannot queue on your behalf.

Am I guaranteed entry?

If you book your admission online before you visit, you will be guaranteed entry. There are a small number of tickets available on the day, however, we advise you to arrive as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I leave the venue and come back in again

Yes, you can. There is a one-way in and a one-way out policy at the venue to maintain correct social distancing and capacity control. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you chose to leave you will be counted out. If you wish to re-enter you will have to re-join the queue and be counted back into the venue.

How long is entry valid for?

Entry is valid for the duration of the time we are open for that particular day (see our opening times page for more information).

We are located at Brent Cross shopping centre, Hendon, London NW4 3FP

How much is each token?

Tokens can be bought individually for £1.20 on the day or we have offers of 25 tokens for £20. Booking online is the cheapest way to purchase tokens.

How much are the rides?

Rides range from 2-5 tokens. Child/Family rides are typically 2-3 tokens while the more extreme adult rides are slightly more.

What are online tokens used for?

Tokens bought online are for ride use only.

Are the tokens just for the rides?

Tokens bought at the venue can be used on rides, food and games. Tokens bought online are for the rides only.

Do you offer refunds if we don’t use all our tokens?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on tokens. However, they are valid throughout the duration of the event and can be used on another day.

What are the age restrictions for the rides?

Our rides are restricted by height regulations. We always recommend customers to check height restrictions before purchasing tokens for a particular ride.

What if it rains or we experience bad weather?

We always consider public safety first and therefore will only open if weather conditions are right and not dangerous.

How will I know if Luna Park Cross is closed?

Although we rarely close, we do advise all customers to check our website and/or social media pages for any announcements regarding this.

Is entry included in the online token price?

Unfortunately not.

Can I use my debit/credit card to pay for tokens and entry?

You can use your debit/credit card to purchase ride tokens and pay for your entrance. Also some of our attractions and food outlet accepts cards.

What card payments do you accept?

We accept all debit/credit cards except American Express.

Can we buy food inside?

Yes, we welcome picnics or food purchased from the shopping centre. However, please be advised that we cannot permit any glassware, knifes or alcohol.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, not, only guide dogs are permitted.

Are BBQs allowed?

Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, BBQ's are not permitted

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Unfortunately not.

Can I bring glass bottles/containers?

Unfortunately, only plastic bottles are permitted.

Can I take photos/videos?

You are able to take photos of your family with low-res hand held devices, smartphones etc, but not of other families. Visitors are not permitted to bring any other photography, high-res or long lens cameras or video equipment into the event under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule.

What security measures do you have in place?

We have a team of fully trained SIA certified security staff on site at all times. We conduct bag searches, so please be prepared for this. You may also be asked to open bottles of liquid for inspection. We will also be performing pat-downs and body searches (by female staff where appropriate) if we feel it necessary and have handheld metal detectors.
